Karni Zor
Founder of Mythra, author, and facilitator of journeys and retreats.
Karni conducts workshops, journeys and retreats globally. She has a B.A in archaeology, and a masters degree in comparative religions.
Karni teaches astrology, and consults people to find their vocation and fulfill their destiny according to their astrological charts. Karni is the creator of the Holistic Astrological Cards, now translated to 7 languages, and being used world-wide. And the author of “Stories of Ancient Astrology” and “A Healing Journey with the Astrological Frequencies”.
She specializes in leading transformative retreats and journeys, with an emphasis on personal development and potential fulfillment.

Heather Novak
Whole Health Educator, Author, and Leadership Coach
Heather is a champion of the sacred feminine and of bringing ancient wisdom back to help heal our modern lives. She leads workshops, retreats, and programs on personal and leadership development to help people move their lives forward in a positive direction. Heather is certified as a Whole Health Educator and Coach, has a BA in Communication, an MS in Career Counseling, and helps run the coaching component of an international leadership program, Leadership of a New Kind. Heather is the author of “Know Your Flow”, a book on how to align with the wisdom of the female cycle and use it to grow your dreams. She lives in Westchester, New York with her family.
Maria Saenz
Nature guide, an expert birdwatcher and a photographer
Naturalist tour guide, with over 20 years of experience.
Born, raised and currently living in Costa Rica, Maria has been passionate about nature her whole life.
She truly enjoys meeting new people and connecting them to the wonders of our planet.
Maria is an expert at finding hidden wild life and creating memorable moments for people on adventures they will never forget, all while making them laugh along the way.
Day by Day:
Day 1, Sunday July 28th
Arrival, Grounding and Setting the Goals for our Journey.
This day you will be arriving at Costa Rica, get a lift from the airport to a beautiful resort on the Rincon de la Vieja volcano. Meet the group, bathe in the natural hot springs and enjoy an optional spa treatment such as a mineral mud massage to ground yourself after the flight.
This relaxing thermal resort that is your perfect entry to Costa Rica.
In the afternoon we will have our first group session, getting to know one another and setting the goals for our journey.

Day 2, Monday July 29th
The Witch’s Hiding Place – Rincon de la Vieja, Releasing the Past
In the morning we will go to a beautiful hike in the area of Rincon de la Viaja volcano (the witch’s hiding place), where we will see powerful huge trees and plenty of interesting geological phenomena like bubbling boiling mud baths, geysers, steam coming out of the ground and more.
The theme of the day is releasing that which does not serve us anymore as we connect to the powers of the Great Mother – mother earth, and its wisdom. We will do our meditations and processes in the midst of the wild nature.
In the afternoon we will go to our next destination – the area of the Arenal Volcano.

Day 3, Tuesday July 3oth –
Rio Celeste, the Heavenly River – Planting the Seeds for our Brightest Future
Today’s theme is planting the seeds for our brightest future.
Rio Celeste is known for its bright turquoise waters and dense tropical forest. The stunning color comes from the natural minerals that run in the water. Here we will see the iconic waterfall and spend time immersing ourselves in the lush and fertile surroundings, where we can plant the seeds for our future.
In the afternoon we will take part in a special Native American shamanic blessing ceremony.
In the evening we will have a special workshop that will teach us how to become the bright star that we are here to be.
If the weather allows it, in the evening we will do some star gazing.
Day 4, Wednesday, July 31st
Overcoming our Fears and Finding a Higher Vision: Hanging Bridges and Zip-Lines
Today is a pivotal day in our journey, where we are going perhaps to face some of our fears and bid them farewell. It all depends on how far you want to go…
We will start our day a beautiful hike in the area of the Arenal Volcano, going over some hanging bridges and seeing the jungle from the tree tops.
Then a cable car will take us to a peak which from we can see amazing views of the volcano and the Arenal Lake, where we will connect to our ability to see the higher vision and the bigger picture of our lives.
The brave among us can go zip-lining above the trees, and over the breathtaking views.
In the afternoon we will head to the Tabacoon River where we can enjoy a natural massage from the running hot waters of the river.
Day 5, Thursday, August 1st
The Fountain of Abundance and Nourishment
In the morning we will start our journey to the pacific ocean. On the way we will visit a beautiful waterfall (Catarata la Corez) and swim in its magical pond.
This is a time to meditate on abundance and nourish the seeds we wish to grow.
In the afternoon we will arrive in time to see the most amazing sunset over the pacific ocean, in our next home away from home all inclusive resort, where the jungle and exotic beach come together.
This is the time to dance salsa and raise our Pina Colada by the pool, overlooking the sea.

Day 6, Friday, August 2nd
Celebrating Life
e will start the morning with a bit of yoga stretching, and a walking meditation on the beach.
During the day you can enjoy the pool, the beach, and an optional spa treatment.
In the afternoon we will gather to our closing processes and end the day with a big party by the pool.
Day 7, Saturday, August 3rd
Forward Home
In Mythra Journeys, we do not go “back home”, we go forward, renewed, changed and with many new experiences and friends.
In the morning we will gather and say goodbye to the beautiful Pacific Ocean and each other.
You will get a ride as needed to head back to the airport and catch your flight.
The airport is a short 20 minutes drive from the hotel
Costa Rica
Location: Costa Rica is in central America, on the thin piece of land just between North and South America. Not far from the equator.
Money: the official money is Colon, but you can use dollars everywhere.
Weather: The tropical climate is wonderful and hot all year long.
Accommodation
During our retreat we are staying in 3 very different and breathtaking resorts, immersed in nature, and typical of Costa Rica

Early birds – 4 first places for – $2200
Registration before April 18th – $2400.
Registration after April 18th – $2820

Payments installments possible.
Price is per person in a double room.
You can book your single room for an additional $760
The journey includes:
7 days, and 6 nights, hotels and lodges as specified below.
Breakfast and dinner are included throughout our journey.
The last 2 days – ALL INCLUSIVE, including drinks.
All transfers since landing in Liberia: transport to and from the hotel, high quality bus.
All workshops, journeys and entrances as specified in the program.

The fee does not include:
Flights.
Lunches and snacks.
Extra drinks.
Private expenses.
Traveling health insurance.
Tips – $80 will be collected on the first day, to include all tips for service givers.
Flights:
Flights are not included. Please book your flight to and from Liberia, Costa Rica airport. Plan to arrive on July 28th, 2024 preferably arriving before 1:00PM. Leaving August 3rd.
We can help you book extra nights if desired.
Cancellation policy:
The registration fee of $600 will not be refunded, unless the journey is cancelled by the company.
Cancellation before May 1st – no cancellation fees, apart from the registration fee.
Cancellation before June 1st – $800 cancellation fee.
Cancellation after June 15th – no returns.
Please make sure to have a good traveling / health insurance as you register, that will handle any loss due to inability to participate.
We always advise getting a flexible/refundable flight ticket.
